Editor workspace

Where the humans work: claim a job, read the brief, rewrite the text, send it back.

This is the side of the product that decides whether the business works. An editor should be able to open one job, see only that job, and finish it without hunting for anything.

What this page needs first

• An editor role — separate from customer accounts; not every signed-in person may read other people's text.
• A queue — unclaimed jobs oldest-first, with word count and time left against the quoted turnaround.
• Claim and lock — one editor per job, released if it goes stale, so two people never edit the same text.
• A side-by-side surface — original left, edit right, and a save that can survive a closed laptop.
• Deliver — PATCH /api/jobs/<id> setting the edited text and moving status to delivered; that endpoint isn't drafted yet.

Pay for editors — per word, per job, or salaried — is an open commercial question, not a technical one, and it isn't modelled anywhere yet.
